When you open a kenshi account, we collect your username, email address, password, and mobile number. Your email is used for account verification and password recovery. Your mobile number is used for two-factor authentication (2FA) and support verification. During registration, you must agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Our loyalty programme rewards active users with weekly cashback and tier-based benefits. Your tier is determined by your total deposits and activity over a rolling 30-day period. As you move up tiers, your cashback percentage increases and you unlock additional perks. Cashback is calculated on your net losses (total losses minus total wins) during the week and credited automatically every Monday. Tier progression is transparent — you can see your current tier, cashback rate, and progress toward the next tier in your account dashboard. Higher tiers also qualify for seasonal bonuses tied to events like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Liga 1 tournaments. Security and account care
